Morzino

Morzino was a project initiated by Jos Kirps in 2008, offering e-Learning Apps and a Virtual Classroom environment.
In Luxembourg, the service was operated under the name Oli.lu.

From 2011 to 2022, the platform was operated under the name Morzino/Oli by the non-profit organization Joopita Research ASBL.
A dedicated version for Luxembourg's education named Oli.education.lu was made available by the Ministry of Education in 2015.

From 2022 to 2026, the platform was operated by The Joopita Project.
Since 2022, the software developed for the project has been made avalable as Open Source software as part of the ONO Perl Framework project.

In 2026, a new non-profit organization named The Joopita Project has been founded.
The Morzino project has now been retired, free educational services are now offered by The Joopita Project as part of the Morzoo Project.
